If your damaged jewelry item is relatively flat, please take a photo or scanned photo of it and send it by email please place as an attachment. Attn. Tiki at Goldcrafters. In you're subject line please indicte either "Repair" or "Custom Order."

All work is performed with the highest level of expertise, however, unforseen problems may arise. In such event, The greatest care will be taken to remedy the problems. Goldcrafters reserves the right to refuse to work on any item.
